We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and results driven customer-centric individual to fill a planning role in our Service Follow Up (SFU) department. The role will include purchasing relevant parts to then plan work in with our customers and engineers to repair lifting equipment.
This is a full-time role from 08:45 – 17:00 Monday to Friday including a 45-minute lunch break.
Plan visits utilising our planning software which include;
Placing orders and chasing when applicable
Select appropriate resource for the job
Organising dispatch of parts
Taking ownership of jobs and seeing through to completion
Experience in a customer service role
Have excellent soft skills to build relationships with customers
Confidence to use initiative, ability to prioritise and make sound decisions
Target driven
Deal with customer queries professionally
Ability to work well under pressure
Knowledgeable on Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
